Liming plant

Liming units allow for the reprocessing and recovery of construction site rubble and graded quarry waste.

Lime is used to control the final water content of the treated materials and neutralises any clay by flocculation.

Easily transportable liming units allow for the processing of materials as close to the source as possible, in several stages.

Stages

• Trimming

• Storage in a hopper designed for difficult products

• Extraction of the materials to be processed.

• Weight-based metering of lime

• Homogeneous mixing of products with the binder

• Available as an option: the liming unit can be mounted on hydraulic cylinders to allow for crane-free loading and unloading of the assembly
