ROADLINER®
La ROADLINER® is a multi-pack continuous mobile cold-mix plant, for high-quality cold mixes production over a medium to large flow range.
Adapted to any kind of production (wet-mixes - cement gravels, concrete, RCC - emulsion gravel, cold-mix asphalt in double coating - lime valorisation), it is fully scalable and customisable to meet both your current and future needs. Number of hoppers (usually 3) and mixer size are determined depending on the production to be done and the desired output.
Respectful of the environment, the ROADLINER® guarantees low CO2 emissions and energy consumptions, and can recycle up to 100% materials.

The ROADLINER® has axles and and foldable equipment for simple and low-cost transfer. Made of 2 packs, one for dosing and one for mixing, it incorporates device for self-assembly, requiring no other external handling devices. It also includes a control cabin with full automation system and an on-board generator set.

1 to 4 volumetric or gravimetric weighing cold feeders for virgin or difficult materials, state-of-the-art liquid metering systems (water, emulsion, additives, etc.), highly accurate weighing screw for cement, lime and powders, pulverulent, etc., manual or automated control with management for formulations and productions, anti-segregation hopper.

Ecoresponsible cold-mix solution, very low CO2 emissions and energy consumption, recycling up to 100% of materials. Plant transfer as close as possible to the jobsite thanks to its supermobility, in order to limit CO2 emissions linked to raw materials and end-product transportation.
