Birth of SAE
The Société Auxiliaire Entreprises, created in 1955 near Paris, has always manufactured machines for public works.
1960
1st concrete plant
Start for SAE and first commissionings of cement-treated gravels.
1967
Move to Indre-et-Loire region
SAE delocalises in the industrial area of Saint-Benoît-la-Forêt in the Indre et Loire region (37), about 30 kms from Tours.
1976
SAM range
Birth of the SAM range: mobile plants for concrete and treated gravels.
90s
SAE innovations
In the 90s, SAE plays the mobility card and develops supermobile cold-mix plants, with the EUROLINE and GREENLINER ranges.
1997
SAE joins the FAYAT Group
SAE joins the FAYAT Group within what is now the Road Equipment Division, which includes other brands such as MARINI, ERMONT, SECMAIR, etc.
2000
Intermat 2000
SAE wins the silver medal at the Intermat trade fair Innovation Awards in 2000, thanks to its mobile cold-mix plant ROADLINER 150.
2012
New visual identity
A new yellow and blue logo to unite subsidiaries, develop Group's culture and pride of belonging, while reinforcing its image.
