eTANKs^®high-performance storage tanks for any type of bituminous binder, in container format, which meet the latest requirements for economy, environmental protection and transportation.

They incorporate the most up-to-date technologies, while offering optimal flexibility of use in both stationary and mobile versions.

eTANKs^® can be installed individually or networked for the storage of all binders used in bituminous binders production plants: bitumen, PMB, HFO, bitumen emulsion.

Each eTANK^® can be configured to accommodate a wide range of standard and modular equipment:

Loading and dosing groups
ISO 20’, 40’ or 45' container format, CSC approved for shipping
Spill containment tray built into the container
Increased insulation
Low-consumption electrical or thermal-oil

A concentrate of technologies

Container

Permanently installed on a specially adapted container trailer, eTANKs® meet the requirements for mobile tanks, without the constraints associated with special transportation. Quick to set up on concrete blocks or stabilised ground without requiring major civil engineering works.

Transportation

Equipped with loading and unloading groups along with a foldable loading arm housed in the container. eTANKs® 20' also have the transportation possibility to be handled with a full tank.

Technology

Choice: independant operation of each tank or tanks interconnected in a bus network so that they can communicate with a potential asphalt plant's automation system. Possibility of a self-service emulsion system accessed via customer badges.
