Waste recovery
The growing scarcity of resources and the need to reduce the dumping of inert products in landfills have forced us to take into account environmental concerns. Recycling and recovery are key concerns for our society and even more so for the quarrying and road-building sectors.
The treatment of soils, RAP, ash and slag form part of this process, in addition to the recovery of quarry waste. Studies are carried out prior to waste recycling and recovery, of course.
There are several key valorisation applications, here are a few examples:
- TRENCH EXCAVATIONS, EXCAVATED MATERIAL FROM EARTHWORKS AND QUARRY WASTE
Lime treatment, with or without prior screening and according to the products containing recycled materials, is carried out in order to produce limed materials that can be used in construction sectors (roads, quarries, etc.).
- FLYASH AND INERT SLAG
In granular compositions for construction, and after receiving laboratory approval, materials such as ash and slag can be used to manufacture base materials treated with hydraulic binders.
This recovery process involves a preliminary study and the drafting of specifications
